Another round of some requested features!

Version 1.0.6 has been pushed to the beta channel. This is the changelog:

• Select default browser: Chrome Custom Tabs, Internal Browser or open externally
• Colored link type indicators
• Subscriptions in drawer, options to show only casual and multireddits on top.
• Optional new navigation bar in comments
• Swap comment click/long click actions
• Configurable swipe back gesture sensitivity

• Album image descriptions redesign 1 / 2
• Tap to dismiss albums
• Download images from albums
• Option to hide floating action buttons
• Option to color soft-navigation bar to match theme colors.
• Sync title and subreddit when switching submit tabs
• Fixed some blank images in full-height cards preview
